Print and digital math tiles provide enrichment for gifted and talented students as they perform operations and think logically during math centers. Warm up with three levels and scaffold students' learning. These number tile puzzles challenge students to solve addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fraction, and measurement problems using strategies. This set includes hands-on math activities as well as no-prep digital center options.

 

To solve the puzzles, 3rd, 4th, and 5th-grade students fill in the missing pieces with number tiles. Each digit square (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9) will only be used once per page, although not all tiles will be used on every page. I intentionally created puzzles at the beginning with fewer holes so students can have small successes and work toward the more challenging tasks (a few puzzles have all ten holes). This will help you differentiate and scaffold your math instruction and math centers!
