The Google Slides come with two options. If you want to type inside text boxes on the behavior report pages, use the first half of the Google Slides presentation. Or, if you are feeling adventurous, you can edit EVERYTHING! If you want to change the titles, backgrounds, language, and even tables, scroll to the second half of the Google Slides presentation.

Yes! Add text on Google Slides or edit the text boxes that already exist. Change anything you need to match the language you use with your PBIS system at school.
✋ My student has 3 behavior goals. Will this sheet work?
Yes! This resource has many variations. There are multiple pages to choose from that include 3 targets and additional pages that include 4 targets. If you have more or fewer goals, I recommend adjusting the tables included in the Google Slides presentation.
✋ We rate student behavior during 4 different blocks throughout the day. Will this behavior form work?
Yes again! A variety of pages are included that have 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and even 8 time blocks. You also have full editing capabilities within Google.
